Reach office in the early morning, haven't taken my breakfast already have to start work.waduhhhh........................dammn lah..... last minutes jobs some more need to be nice,perfect 110 %...what the hell are they all.Last nite i went back around 8.30pm now...???
Should i be blamed for the lateness?

The thing is urgent then do it earlier or at least pass to me earlier.
No,they don't. But can have time book flight ticket,etc............
An executive shld be a human being with heart & common sense.
be fair to your staff a bit.
i'll just helping you not to be blamed for the lateness or un perfect work.
The higher level ranking staff , pls treat the lower ranking staff better not to like maid.
you expect perfectionist,accuracy from a new staff that have no idea what are you doing ?
When you ask the staff do the job make sure give correct details,not half way only....
Think all the staff are brilliant?
What would you think from a staff that never have an experience in the job he/she is doing now?
Simply guess what should do or just follow what she/he wan to do...?

Expect a clerk, salary not half your salary to stay so late just to finish the last minutes jobs??????
